FLYING!
Any reason why? I flew after my band surgery and no problems.
However, the change in cabin pressure may make the band tighter - so sip carefully. That's not 100%, but it's more of a could.
Good Luck on your Journey !!

I fly a lot! My first post-op long haul flight was at about 10 weeks. No probs at all. or ever since.
People who have surgery in another country usually fly home within a day or so of the op.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I fly alot also .. no issues. I was flying 2 weeks after my surgery with no problem. I've also flown shortly after an adjustment (the next day in one case). Never an issue. I am careful of what I eat in flight - generally I don't eat at all unless its a long flight. I always get a bottle of water to take with me after I go through security so I don't get dehydrated.
