OMG! Surgery Date!!!
I have Anthem also and they approved me in a fairly short period of time(2wks). I was soooo excited when I found out my surgery date, just knowing that my life would completely change was very exciting and scary at the same time. I'm doing great, had my surgery July 7th and I'm down 38lbs.
