Tightening can/may/will help - but I have a few questions if you don't mind

(1) What stage are you in? If still liquids then I can see why

(2) Are you hitting your protein amounts per meals?

(3) Are you drinking before/during/after meals?

(4) Are you eating: protien first, followed by fiber (veggies/salad/fruit) and then (if room) GOOD carbs?

(5) Are you sure this is actual hunger and not head hunger?

Tom,
1)  I am now in solid foods
2) Yes,  I have been following the manual to a T. 
3)  I am not drinking enough liquids at all.  I forget because I'm always trying to find time to fit in my meals and by the time I remember it's already 30 min before I eat.
4) I am eating my protein first.  I measure everything with a scale and measuring cups and I have had nothing but protein and vegetables...I'm going crazy without CARBS!!!!!
5)  I've thought about that and at first I think it was, but now I think it is actual hunger because I can be asleep and wake up because my stomach is growling.

Thanks for the questions....It would be really nice to figure out what's wrong :D
