Pain at night

Hi everyone: 
      Well I have found out the reason behind my night time pain.  Yup Gall Bladder.   I have surgery scheduled for 8/30 and have to go through the healing process.  Has anyone had any experience with the recoup time? I am looking to possibly run a 5k in November, was shooting for October but I think that is out of the ?.  

Any info from those who have had the gall bladder removed would be grateful!

I had gallbladder surgery and was back at work in 9 days.  I had no pain at all after a couple of days. 

You having Lap Gallbladder removal?  My recoup was 2 weeks.  I felt so much better afterward.  I'd been sick for years with undiagnosed gall bladder problems.  I needed help getting out of my chair for about a week, but I was still full weight at the time.  Good luck.  Keep in touch.

Didn't have gallbladder issues, but wanted to send you my best wishes for a speedy recovery!! Glad to see they found out what the issue was.
