problems with low blood sugars.....
i keep adjusting my insulin pump(type 1) due to so many lows. yesterday i had 5 of them lowest one being 21... i treat with milk.. if milk doesnt work the next time i do juice...... however after 5 of them its hard to stay in my 1000 calorie range. i want to loose more weight but its so hard when i have all these lows..i do 40 mins of walking running a day on the treadmill and that causes even more lows... its the same problem i had before the band and why i couldn't loose... any advice?
