Grateful today for.......
My WLS,
Family and friends,
Health and life,
Husband and 3 sons,
the chance of rain in the forecast.....hope it happens here,
that even though I am having lots of stress in my life right now......I am not turning to food,
My faith and answered prayers,
Obesity Help and all the message boards,
Upcoming OH Conference in Houston, Tx. on Nov. 5 - 6.
