FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Morning Everyone....Grateful today,

That I am ME and I am comfortable with who I am and that I don't feel the need to impress anyone,

For my WLS,

For my family who loves me and I love them unconditionally,

For friends who I value so much,

For my life and health that I don't take or granted,

For my Faith and the many answered prayers that I am blessed with,

For another chance to do things better and the way I that they should have been done all my life,

For Support Groups that are so very important to us all on our WLS journey,

For the person that I have become ( probably have always been ) since my WLS,

For Obesity Hep and the upcoming Nov. Conference in Houston, Tx.
