My hernia being found last monday and being repaired,

For being blessed with such a great bariatric surgeon.......Dr. Kim is the BEST,

For my health and life,

Family and friends,

My youngest son's new job he starts on monday,

For the many blessings in my life that we sometimes take for granted,

For my Faith and answered prayers,

For Obesity Help and all the message -boards and the Nov OH Conference that is coming !!
