WEDNESDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Morning Everyone,

I just know today is going to be a great day !!!  WOO HOO !!!  Grateful today for.........

A great bariatric surgeon who is always there for his patients and for no pain nor pain pills since my hernia surgery monday night,

My WLS,

Healh and life,

Family and friends,

For all the blessings that has come my way,

For my faith and answered prayers,

For encouraging words from others,

For Obesity Help.....I truely don't think I would be as successful without everyone on these message boards,

For Support Groups and mine also....they are so extremely important in our WL journeys,

For the upcoming OH Conferences especially the one in Houston in Nov.   Can't wait to see my friends from there again !!!!
