day 3 protein shakes?

im a lil out of it.. i had my surgery on friday, would today be day three? id really like something else besides jello today but if not i can suck it up for another day :D

Good question which I am sure I will have also. But I wouldn't count the day you had surgery. I could be wrong, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to wait another day. See what others have to say......

yah one more day wont hurt. i did try a shake and for some reason it hurt.. soooo ill wait another day lol

Yeah, don't count the day of surgery. Have you tried popsicles? You can also have Unjury Strawberry Protein shakes - they count as a clear liquid.
