Morning Everyone and what a glorious day it is too. Today I am so grateful for........
The 3.5 lb. I lost yesterday. I went back to basics and WOW I am amazed,
My WLS,
My health and life,
Family and friends,
My loving fur babies,
Air Conditioning,
Obesity Help and the message boards here,
My OH Support group and my surgeons support group and support breakfast,
The upcoming OH Conference in Houston in Nov. WOO HOO Can't wait !!!! Have a blessed and safe weekend everyone !!!!
