What? Guys don't take vitamins? 
I was taking Wal-Mart's Equate Mature Complete Multivitamin and Equate Calcium Citrate + D supplement prior to surgery and Centrum Silver Chewables and Wellesse Liquid Calcium & Vitamin D supplement post-op. My nutritionist said the most important thing to look for in multivitamins is B-complex vitamins.
