My niece having lap band surgery this AM and doing well so far,
My WLS,
My life and health,
Family and friends,
Encouraging words from others,
Support groups that are SO important in our journeys,
Faith and answered prayers,
All the wonderful people on the OH Message Boards and workers at OH,
Upcoming Houston OH Conference in Nov.
