NON-SCALE moment of success!!

 I had two awesome things happen this week:

1) the nurse at my primary care physician used a REGULAR blood pressure cuff on me--and it didn't hurt. It was AMAZING to wear a normal-person cuff for the first time in years!

2) I can touch my middle finger and thumb around my wrist for the first time since...oh goodlord...before I became a Mom.

The scale is slowly, slowly, SLOWLY creeking its way down, but moments like these really put me in a good mood. :)

IMHO these things are MORE IMPORTANT than those pesky numbers on the scale !!
