My faith and answered prayers,
Family and friends,
Encouragement and support from others,
Kind words,
My husband's job and my home,
My fur babies,
The Messageboards here on OH and all the wonderful supportive people on them,
Obesity Help and Support groups and upcoming Houston OH Conference !!!
