The gentle breeze outside that makes it fill not quite so hot right now,

My WLS,

My faith and answered prayers,


Family and friends,

Life and health,

For my surgery giving me another chance at a normal life which was never normal before,

For the wonderful supportive people on all the message boards here on OH,

For OH and all their wonderful staff and for the conferences that are outstanding,

For Support Groups that are so very important to help us keep going on our WL journey,
