I am sorry I am so late at posting this. Today hasn't been the best for us today but all is going to be OK.
Grateful for my life and health,

Grateful for family and friends,
Grateful for everyone in the military or that has been in the military and served our wonderful country,
Grateful for our freedoms that other countries don't have,
Grateful for Obesity Help.
