 Today I am grateful for:

Friends who care about us  no matter what and when we are doing things wrong they try to "gently lead us back to the right path",

Waking up today to a beautiful day,

Health and life,

Family ( chosen and otherwise ) and friends,

My WLS,

For all the message boards here on OH and all the wonderful people here,

For my faith and answered prayers,

For people who love me unconditionally no matter what I do or how crazy I am,

For support groups that are so very important in our WLS journey.
