Finally finding time to post,

For the 2 1/2 lbs that I have lost overnight,

For finally getting my brain where is should be concerning what I am doing wrong with my eating,

For health and life,

For my faith and answered prayers,

For Obesity Help and all the wonderful messageboards and all the encouraging people here,

For support groups that are SO important in our WLS journeys,

For my WLS.
