  Grateful today for:

For friends and family and life in general,

For my WLS and all my WL friends that I have met on OH,

For positive people.....we all need more of them in our lives...we have enough negative things,

For the sunshine and rain,

For blessings and answered prayers that come our way,

For encouragement from friends and family,

For my precious fur babies,

For Obesity Help and all their dedicated workers,

For Support Groups.....that give us direction and help us on our journey.
