MONDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Grateful today for the small but quality turn out for my support group yesterday.   Grateful for the beautiful weather we have been having.   Grateful for my life and health, family and friends, my WLS, my surgeon's support groups,  my husband of 33 yrs who puts up with all my craziness at times  LOL.   Grateful for 3 wonderful sons that I have been blessed with ( 2 adopted from birth and one birth son ).   Grateful for all the many blessings in my life and all the wonderful people that I would never have met had I not had my WLS.    Grateful for Obesity Help and all the wonderful people working for OH.   I know that they are probably never recognized for all their hard work but we do appreciate and love you.   Have a blessed day.
