Yummy Recipe (not a protein shake)
I had a craving for seafood bisque, so I came up with a yummy recipe us pureed people can have. If you aren't on the pureed diet, don't chop the fish.
LOW FAT SEAFOOD "BISQUE"
1 Can Campbell's Low Fat Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Milk (Skim or 1%)
1 Cup Immitation Crab Meat
2 oz Baked Catfish (skin removed)
Old Bay (to taste)
Fresh Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)
You can use differnent seafood if you like, this was what I had in the house.
Finely chop (don't liquify) seafood in processor. Add to soup and milk. Bring to boil. Add seasoning to taste. This will make 4-8 servings, depending on how much you are eating. ENJOY!
BASED ON 4 SERVINGS = 110 CALORIES, 3 GRAMS FAT, 9.5 GRAMS PROTEIN
BASED ON 8 SERVINGS = 55 CALORIES, 1.5 GRAMS FAT, 4.25 GRAMS PROTEIN
