Everyone's favorite...constipation!
Hot liquids and a fast walk on the treadmill get things moving...
When it is really bad, I take grape juice, with fiber added and a stool softner...usually gets things moving in less than an hour or so...combine with fast walking (make sure your close to home)..;o)

MAGNESIUM!!!! I have fibromyalgia which can be horrible at times (muscle pain etc.) In researching I found magnesium to be a great source to help relax muscles and tendons and a side benefit is it creates great bowel movement And it is really a supplement many of us need for many reasons. (look it up online)
So I take it a.m. and p.m. (helps great with sleep too!)
I take it with calcium, both in the form of citrate (absorbs better). For me 630 mg calcium citrate 2 times a day with 450 mg of magnesium citrate 2 times a day. I need the extra calcium but it also helps keep the bowel movements from becoming to free flowing! good luck! Dyanna
