Cream Cheese Pie
A lot of u post recipes on here but Maria does NOT cook! I do however make a mean Cream Cheese Pie.
I modified this since having my lap band so new version is much healthier.
8 oz. light cream cheese
8 oz. greek yogurt
1/3 cup Splenda
1 tsp. almond extract (or 2 1/2 pumps Davinci SF almond
1/2 container SF Coolwhip
Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Let the cream cheese soften at room temp. Mix cream cheese with mixer. Then add Splenda, greek yogurt, extract or Davinci SF. Mix well, then fold in SF Coolwhip. Put in pie shell and refrigerate. Is best when it is very cold.
Extremely quick and easy! And this is how Maria cooks..........Lol.
