May 7th is my BIG day!! I am ready to get things rolling...

My recommendation is don't be a slave to the scale!  I have seen a lot of people who way themselves every day on here. Don't do it! You will stress yourself out. Weigh yourself once a week, same day, same time.

Good luck with your surgery! You will find yourself living on this website. It is a huge help. :)
