Thanks for the reply Candace. And yes, I have had the thyroid checked. I too have hypothyroidism and am on synthroid to help correct that issue. I also have poly cystic ovarian syndrom with a side effect of that being insulin resistance so Im not fully deemed diabetic, just resistant and am on metformin for that as well. I have a lot of medical factors working against me at the moment and I am trying to push through the best I can at the moment. I guess you could say they needed to add some chlorine to me gene pool! All in all, I am getting my medical issues treated the best I can and am starting back with the basics to begin my weight loss again.
