I'm sitting here finishing some beef broth and getting insanely excited AND nervous about my surgery tomorrow! I'm terrified that I will get nauseas or be unable to swallow or not lose any weight...or that I made the wrong choice in going after a Realize Band instead of bypass...you know?

So send me some good vibes! Good advice! Good support! :) I need it!!

Best of luck! You'll do great! Expect a whole flurry of emotions. You'll get through them and once you see that the weight is coming off, you'll be so glad that you did this.

Surgery went well :) I have lost about 21#, and am working with a Metobolic specialist on getting my body to let go of some pounds :) I'm going for my 2cd fill on Wed too..and I'm hoping that will help.
