I Have A Date!!!!
Yipeee! My surgeon's office called today with insurance approval! Which is pretty amazing, since she only submitted the request on Wed of last week. I was expecting a three-week wait for approval. Surgery date is scheduled for Tuesday, May 4th with preop being on April 29. That gives me 31 days to lose the required 20 lbs before preop. I'm scared to death. Not of the surgery, but of screwing up with the preop weight loss. i already lost 4 lb a few weeks ago, but then gained it all right back (which is why "dieting" isn't successful for me).
Now that I have a date, it seems REAL, and my head is about to explode with all the emotions I'm feeling.
Guess I'd better get busy with the Wii and getting these pounds off. I wonder how many calories it burns to be in the spastic mood I'm in today??? HA!

Thanks! That's exactly what I'm using! I was doing two of those a day and eating dinner, trying to transition into a full-liquid state, and lost 4 lb. So now that i have a date, I'll need to get those 4 back off, and 16 more. I have an EAS AdvantEDGE on my desk right now! Thanks for your encouraging words. :-)
