I've made omelets and then run them through the food processor. I use liquid egg substitute (Egg Beaters, et al) and then add broccoli or mushrooms or anything else that inspires me. I also usually add a filling of fat free cheese and then, when it's all cooked, run it through the food processor. So far, every combination I've tried has still tasted good after being pureed.

One of my favorite concoctions is whenever I have taco night, I make a small amount of chicken taco meat and season it good. I then take 2tbsp of the cooked seasoned chicken taco meat put it in the food processor with 2tbsp of refried beans, fat free cheese, fat free sour cream, jalapenos, and a little salsa and blend it up.? Taste just like a chicken taco without the shell...and lettuce.?I can eat only 4oz (1/2 cup) and I'm full.? It's packed with protein too.
