Excess skin and panniculus
I have some exess skin, but I could care less. IMHO you can always hide excess skin - you can't hide FAT.
Good Luck on your Journey !!

I had alot of excess skin. I had an abdominoplasty and mastopexy at which time I had 7 pounds of abdominal skin removed. Had a long recovery due to blood loss but would do it again in an instant. In fact, in retrospect I should have done a circumfrential body lift. I had an excellent surgeon, surgery at MMH in NJ.
However, it is expensive, time consuming and not covered by insurance. Not for everyone. I would agree with Tom, you can hide skin, not fat.

Oh well. I have a long ways to go before I really have to worry about excess skin anyway. If it really starts to bother me physically, I will then consider having something done about it.
