pre op diet HELP

Angel i am on the same diet you are , Its hard i have been on it 1 week i dont think  i have lost any weight.Good Luck to you

It amazes me how many of you needed to be on some pre-op diet. I've never heard of that around here. My pre-op diet consisted of no food/drink after midnight the night before surgery and pigging out for the last few days before surgery. I had to drop to a specific weight goal before surgery but got ten pounds under with a week to go and ate like a king for that last week.

Ha! I've been on a liquid diet since February 5th. Surgery was on the 19th. I'll be on it until this Saturday when I progress to puréed regular food. It's been a total mind-F (calling it like it is) but I've done it and I think this will show me that I can be successful when it comes to the band rules.
