Is this gas pains?
Tammy, first question - how far out are you? If you just had the operation, it could be the "gas" they use to "move things around" trying to escape. If you've had the operation a while ago (over a month), I would suggest calling your Doctor. It's probably nothing, but it's best to be safe than sorry.
