weight gain

I had my surgery june of 2008. I lost 30 pounds but had an unfill down to 6.5 cc's. I have not been back to dr. in 7 mo.. i have now gained the 30 pounds plus some.  i need to go back to the doctor but i am afraid i will be judged..any suggestions?  I have also been put on bp meds and had some medical issues with migraines . It has been a very stressful year.

 Okay, you have been gaining.  If nothing changes, you will continue to gain.  If you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results. 

Call tomorrow and make that appt.  Dr's see stuff like this all the time.  They are here to help, not judge.  You have not had a fill in 7 months.  You have to get one.  The band is a tool and it's not "turned on".  It will not work without the fills.
