I'm in sweet spot heaven!!!

 I am so JEALOUS!!! Congrats on finding your sweet spot...mine is lost, maybe I need to put it on a milk carton! 

I'm with you, I have Dr. Hart as well. I loved him. I havea 11cc band and i am at 7.4 I pray that I get some type of restriction soon.

Thank you soooo much! I had a 4cc band and has it replaced with the Realize band on 9/9/09. I feel like I don't have a band. I think I have had 3 fills. I can eat anything. I was starting to think that I had a second chance at weight loss surgery and should have chose differently. I guess I have to be patient and hope that all good things come to those who wait. Congrats and thanks again!!!

 I had my surgery 3/12/10 and since then I have lost no weight at all and I feel absolutly no restrictions. I have had no fills yet and I fill like I can eat anything anytime. it is a real struggle. I still have great hope though so reading your story gives me a since of hope.
