Tight in the Morning...
Yeah, lots of people do a warm cup of tea or something to loosen up down there. I drink a protein shake first think every am and then eat a little later to avoid that extra tight feeling when I first wake up. It goes away in like an hour or so and some days I really don't notice it at all anymore.

Yes I am also like that in the mornings and it's hard to drink anything. The Nurse told me last week that it's not really because you are too tight but it's because you are too dry.. That really makes a lot of sense. I now go to bed with some water or crystal light so if I wake up I take a small drink and go back to sleep.
