MONDAY GRATEFUL POST
Morning Everyone,
I am grateful today for the ability to get back on track from the holidays and start the year off right. grateful for support groups....had a good turn out yesterday at my meeting and everyone is motivated to play it forward this year. Grateful that my surgeon's support group is wednesday. Grateful for a new year and new goals for the year. Grateful that in a couple of weeks i will be able to go to the gym and begin working out again from my surgery. Grateful for my health, family, friends, my life and Obesity Help and all the wonderful people here on OH. Have a wonderful monday !!!
