Banded 12/18!!
And I am feeling great! The pain is less than I expected! I am not hungry at all! I did clear liquids until today and started full liquids today. I am feeling really good about the decision I made.
I have a question about protien shakes. I bought Muscle milk light shakes. I really like them. They come in like juice box form and have 8.25 oz. Since I am only supposed to have 3-4 oz at a time, does that mean I just throw the rest away? That's what I did today.
Here's my diet for the day. LEt me know if it sounds ok to you
Breakfast- 1/2 protein shake
Lunch- 1/2 protein shake
Dinner- low fat cream of mushroom soup strained
Snack- 1 fat free sugar free pudding w/ extra protein powder
Lots of water and crystal light--
One more question. at this phase is ok to have water with your meals?

Well, since your meals are still liquid, I can't imagine it would matter much, but you are supposed to not drink 30 minutes before a meal ( I know a lot of people skip that one) and then 30 to 60 minutes after a meal.
Can't you just put the rest of the protein shake in the fridge till your ready for it again. I would think you should be able to do that. I know I used to when I bought them ready made. Now, I just do powder and make it in a shaker and put it in the fridge.
CONGRATS on your band!!! You are officially part of the club and on the losers bench. You sound like you are recovering great and will be off and losing. :)

LOL...yeah, I know that baby bottle rule too well myself. :) I wouldn't leave it in there more then a day, but I can't imagine it would go bad.
