17 hours and counting
I'm getting excited....I'll have my surgery in the morning. I'm a little scared because I haven't been sticking to the liquid diet completely. I had some soup for lunch and I hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the butt. I don't know WHY I ate it, but I did and I feel just horrible about it. I'm not going to eat anything else from here on out....just drink my protein shake later tonight.
I'm expecting to feel great and back on my feet as quickly as possible, but I'm worried that I'm going to be terribly sore and not be able to enjoy Christmas.
So many emotions!!!

Congrats on your band and surgery today!!! You will do great. These next two to three weeks will challenge you like no other. The liquids and phases are very hard, but you CAN DO IT. Follow the rules and keep to it, you CAN do it, just keep telling yourself that. :) Your on your way now. Let us know how your doing post op.
