What do I take to the hospital?

I am not having to spend the night unless I cannot drink before leaving so I do not have to take an overnight bag. However, what SHOULD I take??

Take some chapstick, a bottle of water, a pillow to put over your belly for the ride home and wear super comfy, easy to pull on pants. Oh, and a supportive person to drive you home
