Anyone have headaches after eating?
I have gotten so much good information on this site. Thanks to everyone who has given it. I am noticing that after I eat sometimes, I get a slight headache. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is not a migraine type. I am 15 days post op and doing great so says my doctor. I am just starting soft foods coming off liquids. I have lost 14 lbs so far even though I am sure it is associated with the liquids. I am pain free, exercising atleast 5 days a week.
I had some headaches here and there back in the liquids and phases, but never nothing real bad. Just be sure to keep pushting your protein. 60 to 80 grams per day, that is most important right now. Protein, protein, protein.
Hang in there...real food is just around the corner. Your in the homestretch now. :)

Thanks Boo, I appreciate the feedback. I am beginning the soft food stage now and have done so well losing I am almost afraid to eat real food. I do not want the scale going the other way and I know it will. I find that after I eat or drink protein it hurts a little so am trying to really push more fluids. I appreciate this more than you know just having dialogue with someone who knows is so important. Neet
Hang in there! Now that you are on soft foods, it will get so much easier and once you can get a routine going you can get a water routine too. You just gotta figure out how and when your gonna get it all in. It's possible, even if it's tough at first. I really struggled with liquids the first two weeks, I remember thinking I'd never drink normal again. I can drink totally normal now and it has gotten easier. So, don't give up things will get easier and hopefully with soft foods and real foods coming your headaches will go away.
