One fill, no weight loss

It feels so good to know that there are others out there willing to share their knowledge as we newbies travel the path you have already traveled.  I've had my first fill (5.5 in an 11cc band) and I have lost a little each day.  I'm 21 pounds down but I want it to go MUCH FASTER!!!!!  I am glad for the pep talks as well.  I am very impatient!  You guys help alot!!!
