Question about Food
I have the same thing too and it's weird how some days your starving and some days you feel like you don't even need to eat. LOL I notice when I really focus on water and protein, the hunger stays at bay. I guess some people know what they are talking about. LOL
Also, my Dr. told me the Realize Band is always put in empty. Don't know if that is true for all Dr.s, but he just tolde me that last month. I asked if I had a fill at surgery and he said "no, you have the realize band and it's always put in empty". Made me wonder why and almost like he was saying the lapband is put in with some fill. Who knows? Oh well. :)

All docs have wildly diffferent rules about pre and post op diets. Would you believe that scrambled eggs were considered a liquid for me (along with cottage cheese, yogurt and pudding)! Of course, I am not advocating doing anything different than what your doc says, but just wanted you to be at ease that you didn't do anything that will hurt your stomach long term...
