It's been a week...and today I feel hungry in my belly...I guess its time for some soup or something.

Blend it up and enjoy!  My favorite was Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable.  It blended up well and was very flavorful.  :)

Not sure if I have  that flavor out in the pantry soup collection...I did enjoy one...Progresso Chicken Vegetable w/Penne...but I picked out the Penne before I whipped it...it was good..nice flavor.
I am going to look for that vegetable..that was a fave of mine before surgery, why not now?

I have eaten that veggie soup since I was like 4.  LOL  Except at one point I started putting some potatoe chips in it.  UMMMM.....yeah, not good.  lol  My mom was out of crackers and so I used some chips and it was beyond good.   However, I just had a cup of it yesterday for lunch and it was very yummy chip free.  :)  I guess it's my soup that reminds me of my mom and home, like chicken soup does for some people.

Try a bunch of soups...you'll need the variety.  I have too many soups in my pantry left over from my puree phase. LOL  Once you get off puree's you DO NOT want soup again for awhile.  I am gonna take a bunch of cans over to the can drive at my local food store.

my egg is really soft poached and it's like soup. I nibble at the whole grain cracker, Not a mouth full or anythihg, just add 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 smooth straberry yogurt together very good. I'm also haveing about 2-3 tablespoons of cream of wheat with skim milk no****er really runny, the instant oatmeat doesn't get smooth enough. I have a puree thing that you can set into a can of any kind of soup and make it milky smooth. Just add milk to get it where you can handle it.  I'm not eatting enough to make me full, I will feel a little bit full when I get up and move around only.  And I like to drink the jello warm it's really nice and hits the spot.

Gotta warn you..... that soon post-op, be careful with the creamy soups & liquids..... I hate to be vulgar, but...... liquids in.... liquids out.

I made that mistake after surgery with creamy potato soup.... haven't eaten it since, LOL.
