update on my frustration with not losing after 4 fills

I haven't posted in a while.  That seems to happen to a lot of us that are doing well with the band.

Thanks for posting that link Rachel!!!  It goes to show  how committed you are and I am proud of you.  Way to go and you look GREAT!!!  Also, I love your new attitude and am trying to the live the same one myself, I hope it leads me to success too.
