What really qualifies as low-fat creamed soups?  I know the tomato - what about mushroom, cream of broc., cr. of chick, celery. shrimp?  Can you take a can of veg. and put it in the food processor???

I found the lowest fat content soups I could....Imagine Brand from Kings and just had them every day. They come in portobello mushroom, creamy tomato and I think squash? I can't remember as I really liked the tomato, so kept buying that one. They all had 1gram of fat, no more. No one told me that, I just decided that they had to be less than 3grams of fat and ended up with that brand. Since then I have put a can of veggie in the blender. I also made my own soup during that time and boiled the carrots in the soup and then mashed the heck out of them and ate them.  I would stay away from anything with meat in it until you get to where you can actually eat the meats.
