My Doc said no crunches yet  at my 2 week visit. I see him this Wed @ 6 weeks and I'll find out if he releases me to full exercise.  Barb

I was given full exercise release at my four week visit.  One thing about crunches though, they are one of the only times that I can actually feel my band.  It's not painful at all, just odd because at other times I only feel restriction.  But I do a lot of ab work since most of my weight is in my belly and when I first started working out, it was a very odd feeling.  Good luck!
