Gas anyone???
I was banded yesterday and besides a bit of nausea last night, gas has been my only problem. I am glad to find out that I too am not the only one. I really thought this morning I may be having a heart attack too. But, I walked 30 mins this morning and 30 mins again this evening and it seems to have helped alot. I tried the heating pad and it did nothing for me. Thanks for helping me understand I'm not the only one!!!
