I just started 2nd diet on protein and full liquids.. any ideas how to get all this protein in in one day.  I've been finding it hard to get in 48oz of fluid during week 1 but i did it.  I just need o find a better way of getting in protein in a day. today I started ok.

I first had the protein powder, but hated it. I then tried the Isopure ready made drink with 40 gms of protein (I can't remember if it's in 8 or 16 oz). It was better. But, the bariatric nurse told me I could also use protein bullets which is 3 oz and 45 gms of protein. I hesitated to try it b/c I thought since it was 3 oz the terrible taste would be more concentrated. But, so far, I like them the best. They cost $3.99 each at GNC.

I just don't know if my body completely absorbs all the 45 gms of protein if I completely drink the 3 oz at one time. Next time I see my nutritionist I am going to ask her.

CostCo sells liquid protein shots and they hit the spot. I drank them straight but you can also water them down if they seem too strong/sweet for you.  I think are around 40grams of protein in each vial.

You  can also get unflavored unjury and put it in jello, pudding, soups, oatmeal, almost anything.  I use it alot.  I put it in fat free chocoalte milk.  It does not change to flavor.  I love it!!!  www.unjury.com
