3 month stats!!!!!

So in 3 months I've lost a total of 30 pounds!!!!

WHOOOOOOOOOOOO FREAKING HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Took my measurements this morning too...lost...20 freakin inches also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so freakin excited!!!!

That is GREAT! I hope to be like you, I've set a goal of 30lbs by oct which will be my 3 months. And WOW 20 inches!!!! I meant to do my measurements last night for my 30days but I forgot I need to get on that tonight because I can totally see the difference in my clothing. What part of your body has lost the most inches?

So do you have any secrets to share with us hoping to fallow your success? What do you eat? What do you avoid eating? What kind of workouts are you doing?

The part that has lost the most inches is my upper legs (thighs).....it's a close race with all parts tho...thank God it's all coming off pretty evenly!!!

Not any real secrets. I make sure my protein intake is my main focus right now...I eat between 60-80 grams a day....more toward 80 grams. I don't count calories. I try to time my eating and eat once a minute, some meals I can do that some I don't. I eat mostly proteins, veggies, fruits....that usually fills me up.

I take my 15 month old niece for a walk 5 days a week....she's in the stroller and I'm pushing it up and down little hills. We walk 30 mins a day. I just started dabbling in my brother's Boflex machine too.

It will come off if you just follow the rules!!! Love my band!!!
