My Surgery is Tomorrow

I can't believe it!!  I went June 18 for my consult meeting with my surgeron and things went so fast.  I feel so blessed because he told me on average the entire process would take about 3-4 months and I think I had all my appointments completed by mid July.
So I'm home now on my 2 day clear liquid diet.  Yesterday was hard especially towards the end of the night but today was a lot better.  I have some Rita's SF Peach & Mango Water Ice that I'm mixing with Shoprite brand seztlers water Tropical flavor.  It's soooooooooooo good!  Today just might be a good day!  Today is supposed to be the hottest for the Tri-State area all summer and my central air is shot and I don't have the funds to get it fixed.  Thank God my house is nice and cool.
I'm sitting here trying to figure out what I should pack to take with me to the hospital.  I always over pack so I'm trying to keep it to one small suitcase.  Any suggestions on what to take and what not to take????  I want to take my bible, my journal, my Zune (I love music) a bathrobe and my slippers.  I know they say you need to bring in loose clothing.  I'm thinking of some yoga pants and a tank top and my flip flops.
Was there anything you wished you brought that you didn't or did and wish you didnt.  Also, any thoughts on how you prepared for your first few days at home?  For the most part I will be by myself.  I have a three story home so I had my small fridge brought to the 3rd floor and put in my bedroom.  I purchased the Magic Bullet mixer but have yet to take it out of the box.  I have the Unjury protien packets and some other types of protien samples.  I have my two day menu worked out.  But I'm nervous about messing things up.
Thanks again fellow Banders
